How Does Lisa Schedule Units at a Property With a NOTICE Policy?
Lisa follows your corporate policy for showings. She can schedule showings for:
availableunits,- available units that are
rent-ready, or - units on
notice.
She explains the prospect is coming to an appointment to find out more about the available units.
When a prospect arrives to see a unit on notice, different properties do different things:
- Some properties are able to show them the unit that is currently occupied,
- Other properties can show a model unit, and
- Other properties will show the prospect floor-plans and their amenities.
Lisa won’t know which one you’re planning to do, which might change from day-to-day. But, she’ll never tell a prospect they’re coming to see an actual unit if there are not any available.
For a notice policy, Lisa schedules appointments for units available within 90 days.
