Where Does Lisa Get Her Prices?
Lisa gets her prices directly from your property management database every hour. She quotes the lowest price for the unit types available based on your showing policy. Unit types are: studio, 1br, 2br, 3br, etc.
When asked, she says things like:
We have 1brs starting at $650.
She considers three sources for prices:
- First, she looks at default prices for floor plans.
- Second, she queries the specific prices of available units.
- Third, she reviews your rent matrix for available units.
She favors matrix prices over unit prices. If your database does not provide either, she defaults to floor plans. So, she works with most rent optimizers.
