What Are Showing Policies and What Do They Mean?
If you're an AppFolio customer, you should use the "Ready for Showing On" field instead.
If you don't use AppFolio, Lisa follows one of five showing policies:
NOTICEmakes appointments for units available within 90 days,VACANTmakes appointments for units that are marked vacant,VACANT_READYmakes appointments for units marked vacant and rent ready,ALWAYSwill always schedule appointments, andDISABLEwill never schedule appointments.
During your onboarding process, the operating team decided which policy to use, so if you’d like a different one, check with your manager first!
