What Are Showing Policies and What Do They Mean?

If you're an AppFolio customer, you should use the "Ready for Showing On" field instead.

If you don't use AppFolio, Lisa follows one of five showing policies:

  • NOTICE makes appointments for units available within 90 days,
  • VACANT makes appointments for units that are marked vacant,
  • VACANT_READY makes appointments for units marked vacant and rent ready,
  • ALWAYS will always schedule appointments, and
  • DISABLE will never schedule appointments.

During your onboarding process, the operating team decided which policy to use, so if you’d like a different one, check with your manager first!
