How Does Lisa Work with On-Site Versus Off-Site Agents?

When an agent works off-site, Lisa knows that they need extra time to travel from one property to another.  A boss needs to tell Lisa which properties have off-site agents and she’ll be able to make a schedule that works for them.

Lisa knows that on-site means agents are at the property for their working hours. So, she will still send prospects even if agents do not CONFIRM.

For off-site agents, she requires them to CONFIRM at least three hours in advance:

  • If the off-site agent doesn't CONFIRM, Lisa will cancel the appointment.
  • If the no prospect confirms an off-site appointment, Lisa will cancel it.
  • Lisa schedules new off-site appointments with at least 12 hours notice.
  • For new off-site appointments at units on NOTICE, Lisa gives at least 48 hours notice.
Lisa emails agents with their unresolved off-site appointment requests at 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM every day.
In every situation it is best to CONFIRM or DECLINE appointments in advance.
