What Do I Need During Lisa Onboarding for the Operations Team?
Once Lisa identifies an operations contact, she will reach out to them to find out what she needs to know. She’ll ask two things:
- Details on your properties, and
- To schedule Training call for the on-site team.
To learn about your properties, Lisa will ask some questions. She'll send you:
- One form to set firmwide policies for all single-family residences (SFR), and
- One form for each multifamily (MF) property with five or more units.
You can set the policies you like, but the most successful are:
- A showing duration of 20 minutes,
- A showing policy of NOTICE, and
- Maximum accepts per showing of 4.
Schedule the training when the entire team can attend so they know what do to!
Individual property policies take priority over firm-wide policies.
