Where Does Lisa Get Her Leads?

Prospects can get Lisa’s phone number or email from Internet Listing Services (ILSs). She will give you tracking emails and phone numbers that direct prospects to her.

She responds to leads who:

  • call her,
  • email her,
  • text her,
  • fill out an online form asking for information.

Because of TCPA, Lisa will only follow-up with prospects twice. She also respects their wishes if they want her to stop messaging them or ignore her.

Once she meets a new prospect, she:

If no units that interest them are available, she can refer them to a nearby property owned by your firm. She asks about other unit types if she cannot find their first preference at a nearby property. See scheduling for prospects for details.
