Is It Better to Offboard or Disable Lisa on a Property?

You might need to stop Lisa from making new appointments at a property.  You can offboard the property or change the showing policy to disabled.

  • Offboarding Lisa: if you sell a property or no longer want Lisa to work at that property at all, you can ask her to offboard the property.
  • Disable appointments: sometimes you may need to disable new appointments.  Tell Lisa you want a disabled showing policy. She’ll stop scheduling new prospects.  She will still respond and record guest cards. So, you’ll be all set when you’re ready to start again.
If Lisa is ‘disabled’ she will cross-sell to your other properties. Disabling a property rather than offboarding it can increase the number of prospects.
