Why Did Lisa Say That?
Lisa is a learning system. Each conversation teaches Lisa how to best talk to new prospects: She optimizes her language to increase prospect conversion. Over time, Lisa gets better prospects for each property and the prospect gets better information from Lisa.
Lisa doesn’t always have perfect information, because she’s not on-site with your team. Lisa relies on you for some things:
- She gets her prices and availability straight from your property management system.
- She looks at the calendar to see which agents are available.
- She remembers things your staff tell her during the onboarding process or day-to-day.
Sometimes prospects send genuinely confusing messages. If any single message confuses Lisa, she analyzes the whole context and acts based on what she has learned in all her previous interactions.
If you do find a message that could have been handled better, just let Lisa know! Lisa will mark the mistake for future training. Lisa looks at her past mistakes so she can improve in the future.
