How do I remove a property from Lisa?
If you need to be remove a property from Lisa the steps are very simple: the most important thing is to set an Offboard Date in advance... Lisa should take care of the rest!
1. Email Lisa or your Account Manager and provide them with an offboard date for the properties you wish to have removed.
Hi Lisa, As of November 18, 2021 we will not be working with {{Property Name}} any longer. Please set an offboarding date for this property.
2. Lisa will stop working for the property on the offboard date, though she will continue to provide support for tours scheduled before it. After the date, Lisa replies to new prospect questions with:
I'm sorry, I don't work at this property anymore. Contact for more information: {{Office Phone}} : {{Property Website URL}}
3. Once the offboard date is set in Lisa's memory, future billing will reflect the new unit count when the invoice is generated at the beginning of each month. If you have any questions about your bill, please email your account manager.
