How Does the Offboarding Process Work?
Tell Lisa that you want to offboard a property. She’ll ask what day you want to set for offboarding and start the process. Until that day, she will schedule appointments normally.
- On the day of offboarding, Lisa will write to every upcoming appointment. She will say she no longer works for your property.
- At the end of the day, she sends a list of every upcoming appointment to your agents.
- After that day, she will no longer respond.
Prospects may still come to the appointments they have scheduled with Lisa. So, make sure your agents are available. If you want Lisa to cancel all the appointments instead, tell her.
