When Does Lisa Cross-Sell Units and Properties?

If one property doesn’t have the type of unit that a prospect is looking for, Lisa will try to cross-sell to them.  Lisa has two approaches to cross-selling:

  1. Finding units at nearby properties owned by your firm with Lisa by Dynasty active, or
  2. Proposing other unit types.

She will first propose properties that are within a fifteen (15) minute drive by Google Maps. If there isn’t a property with the unit type that interests the prospect, she’ll ask if another unit type would work.

As a last resort, she’ll tell the prospect there isn’t something available now. They can sign-up for the waitlist, if you have one.

If a prospect wants it, Lisa will give them a link to all the properties your firm manages.
