How Does Lisa Use Machine Learning?
Lisa leverages the nearly one-million conversations she's had to best convert leads to prospects. She learns from every conversation. And, every language decision is tested and optimized to convert leads.
The more she talks, the better she gets. In AI research, this method is called "machine learning."
One way to understand is to imagine Lisa with three parts: ears, a brain, and a body.
- The ears are tracking phone numbers and emails. She receives new messages on each of these and passes them on to her brain. You can see all the tracking phone numbers and emails in your marketing_tracking.csv.
- She has one brain that reviews every single conversation she's had and decides what a message means. She can do this on her own most of the time, but sometimes human Operators help her out. Her brain tags the messages with what they mean. She passes them on to her body to take action.
- The her body is her "bot logic." It decides what she will do for particular messages and then does it. She learns what actions help convert clients and optimizes her behavior.
To get better at her job, Lisa monitors her conversion rates. She looks at what is the most effective way to get qualified prospects into showings.
Lisa is always getting better, but sometimes makes mistakes. If she's made a mistake, let her know. Lisa will mark the mistake, learn from it, and make fewer over time.
