What is the Difference Between an AGENT, a BOSS, a PROSPECT, and the Other Roles?

Lisa works with different sorts of people in different ways.  She messages:

  • PROSPECTs to book appointments,
  • relies on AGENTs to answer questions and conduct showings,
  • checks policies with BOSSes, and
  • only sends reports to INVESTORs.

The first bosses are managers that you introduce during the onboarding process.  Those bosses can introduce additional managers as bosses or agents. Lisa offers appointments to agents. She also gives periodic reports to bosses, agents, and investors.

Lisa doesn't schedule appointments for bosses. If you want a regional manager to give showings too, tell Lisa they're an agent and use showing order.

Lisa determines what sort of person she is talking to based on their email or phone number.  If you hire another agent, tell Lisa and she can get them up and running right away.

If someone who isn’t an AGENT, BOSS, or PROSPECT messages, she can’t do much to help. She refers vendors, third parties, and current residents to the main office.
