How Do I Tell Lisa About a New Agent?
Bosses can introduce new agents to Lisa. Ask Lisa to add an agent to a property. She will send a form asking their:
- First name,
- Last name,
- Email address,
- Role (i.e. leasing agent, manager, etc.), and
- Working hours.
Based on the property, she’ll know if they’re on-site or off-site. She’ll assign new agents the last showing order for agents. But, you can ask for any showing order you want.
Many properties have all the leasing agents on 1st showing order, property managers at 2nd, and other managers at 3rd. Let Lisa know what you want whenever you add an agent.
After collecting the information, Lisa will message the new agent. She will offer them a practice showing to accept. Once they do, she’ll begin to schedule appointments for them.
