Help for Switching Marketing on Internet Listing Services (ILSs)
When Lisa is activated, you'll need to switch marketing on each Internet Listing Service (ILS) that your firm uses to advertise vacancies. Get the tracking phone numbers and emails from marketing_tracking.csv and replace the old numbers in all your ads. Here are some tips for some ILSs.
- Your property website: update your property management system with the new numbers and emails.
- Apartment List: if it's new, sign-up here. If you're updating a listing, see the FAQ under Listing Edits.
- Apartments.com: add or edit a listing here.
- Zillow: you can list your property here or edit existing listings.
- Google: update your business listing with Lisa's tracking number and email.
- Zumper: you can update your listing with Lisa's tracking phone numbers and emails.
- Apartment Guide by RentPath: fill out the form here.
- Rent.com: you can update your information here.
- Craigslist: just follow these instructions.
- Lovely: you can post or update here.
- Facebook Ads: if it's new create a new ad. If you're updating an existing ad, use Ads Manager.
