How Do I Update My Marketing?
Lisa creates tracking phone numbers for every confirmed marketing source for each property. She also creates email addresses for every property. If you need the most up-to-date numbers and emails, ask Lisa in a one-on-one conversation. She’ll give you a spreadsheet listing them all.
For Appfolio clients: you can repost all your sources within APM.
For stand-alone clients: Remember to update every marketing source you use. You'll have to contact each separately.
If you need to switch marketing, contact each source and update them with the new information. Lisa can handle it from there!
On Thursday during the onboarding process, Lisa sends your initial marketing tracking. It is important to update your sources right away!
