Why Can't Lisa "See" My Calendar?

When any company starts using Lisa, they create a new company email account for her to use. She looks at calendar events to see when you are busy and sends calendar invitations for showings.

If Lisa can't see an agent's calendar then she can't schedule them.

First, do you have a company email?

You'll need to use your company email address with Lisa. This would be the email that IT sets up for you to use at work when you were hired. For example, if your name is Alice and you work at ACME:

alice@acme.com

✅Yes this works!

Lisa sees @acme.com calendars because IT gave Lisa access.

alice@gmail.com

Can't see personal Gmail calendars

alice@hotmail.com

Can't see personal Hotmail calendars

alice@yahoo.com

Can't see personal Yahoo calendars

alice@outlook.com

Can't see personal Outlook.com calendars

alice@aol.com

Can't see personal AOL.com calendars

Second, is your calendar visible to colleagues?

Lisa has the same access to your calendar as other people at your company. If your colleagues can't see your calendar, Lisa will have trouble too.

For Outlook or Office 365
For Google Calendar

see Share an Outlook calendar

Can view when I'm busy. Share your calendar with this permission level so that colleagues and Lisa can only see which times you're available, like this:

see: Share a calendar with everyone in your organization

Find only free/busy (hide details): Lisa can find when your time is booked or free, but she won't see names or details of your events.
