Lisa and Multiple Tour Types

Lisa now can offer prospects the ability to choose what kind of tour they would like to do before they go ahead and pick a time. Currently we give the prospects a choice between only two tour types that Lisa supports. Lisa currently supports in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Below details a conversation of how it works.

Prospect Conversation

Let's say a property supports in-person and virtual tours. Before Lisa offers prospects an option of a tour time, she lets them know that this property can do in-person and virtual tours and asks for their preference.

The prospect then chooses their preference and Lisa schedules the rest of the showing like normal.

Distinguishing showings on calendar events

When Lisa sends out calendar event emails to your agents upon a prospect scheduling a tour, the tour type will be clearly labeled in the subject so that your agents can distinguish whether they will be in-person tours or whether they will be virtual tours, as seen below with an example in-person tour.

Lisa also sends out reminder emails 1 hour before a tour. The subject of these emails will also include whether a tour is virtual or in person. If virtual, there will be a link to a virtual tour room, as seen below.

Distinguishing showings on reporting

Morning Report

The morning report will now have the type of showing next to each individual showing for properties that support multiple tour types. virt. stands for "virtual" and inpers. stands for "in-person" tours.

CSVs

Feedback.csv, prospects.csv, and showings.csv will now all include the tour type in them to allow for more granular analysis.
