Why did Lisa cancel my appointment?
Prospects can message back at any time to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Most cancellations occur the same day as the appointment. When that happens:
- Lisa will attempt to reschedule the prospect if they're interested
- The agents will see the prospect immediately cancelled on their calendar
- If there are no prospects left on the appointment, Lisa cancels the appointment.
Agents don't need to worry about cancellations. Lisa handles cancelations and follow-up automatically.
