How Do I Decide if an Agent is On-site or Off-site?

Lisa schedules on-site and off-site agents differently.

  • On-site agents are at the property during their scheduled workday. So, Lisa sends in prospects with less notice.
  • Off-site agents need to travel to the property. So Lisa schedules them further in advance. She also requires confirmation that they can make the appointment.

If an agent isn’t always at the property during their hours, then it’s best to set them as off-site hours. That way Lisa can make sure they can attend every showing. If an agent covers multiple properties, you can set distinct on-site and off-site hours.
