How Does Lisa Decide if She Can Make an Appointment?
If you're an AppFolio customer, use the "Ready for Showing On" field to tell Lisa when units are ready to be show.
Lisa makes appointments if your showing policy indicates that a prospect will be able to lease a unit. For NOTICE policies, this means that the unit is on notice to be vacated within 90 days. She won’t explain the details of the leasing process, but encourages prospects to visit and talk through it with your agents.
