Booking an appointment for Prospects
Lisa automates leasing conversations so you get more showings. She does this by answering basic questions and encouraging the prospect to visit the property. Once the prospect comes to an appointment your agents can help them apply and move-in. Here's what a prospect experiences on the path to an on-site appointment:
- Lisa asks what type of unit a prospect wants,
- Offers appointments until they accept one,
- Reminds them about qualifications,
- Confirms the appointment three hours before,
- And checks-in after their appointment to see how it went.
If a prospect stops responding, Lisa will follow-up to try to restart the process. For agents, much of this is hidden since the back-and-forth of scheduling would be a waste of their time.
