When will Lisa follow-up?
If a prospect doesn't book a showing, Lisa normally reactivates with a follow-up message 24 hours later. Lisa can also wait 72 hours or more in certain circumstances:
- The prospect asks Lisa to contact them after a specific amount of time.
- The prospect mentions future moving plans or future interest.
- The prospect has had an accident or needs more time.
Prospects can also reactivate their conversation by responding to Lisa. Lisa follows careful legal guidance and will only reactivate an unresponsive prospect once. This follows the guidelines of TCPA, a US Federal law governing SMS and email communications.
