Lisa is happy to message you on whatever email or phone number you like. Most clients use their work email. If Lisa is messaging you at the wrong address, just tell her which you prefer and she can update it.
Lisa will update your contact to indicate whether you prefer SMS or email. Then, she'll link your preferred thread to the properties you're covering.
Your preferred email will get any appointments that she schedules for you and any reports. If you have a preferred number instead, you'll get calendar invites and questions only. If you're taking appointments, make sure a calendar is linked to the email address you give
