As things are starting to open up, some prospects may want to see places in person while others might want to continue doing virtual tours. You no longer have to choose between the two; Lisa can offer both. (See: Lisa and Multiple Tour Types).

Our product and engineering team is currently looking to build an option for virtual tours. More updates to come early next week.

Closing your leasing office

To reduce risk of infection in the short-term, here are steps that your team can take:

  • Cancel existing tours. If you want to canceling tours, please have your team DECLINE any existing showings and block their calendar until your office will reopen.
  • Show only vacant units. If you normally conduct showings for properties on NOTICE, email support@dynasty.com to change your setting to VACANT units only.
  • Block your calendar. If your leasing office will be closed temporarily, have your team block their calendars until your office plans to re-open. Here's a quick overview you can share on how your agents can block their calendars.
