Why Shouldn’t I Cc Lisa? Can Lisa Cc my agents?

Lisa doesn’t understand messages with "Cc" fields. She uses email addresses to decide what role a person has and tries to:

  • Convert them to a showing,
  • Respond to their needs as an agent, or
  • Respond to their needs in another role.

If you include Lisa with a Cc when you write for support, she can’t tell what you’re doing. She will respond in unpredictable ways.

Lisa has a conversation pattern for each person to whom she writes. She cannot include people by Cc because she doesn’t have conversation patterns for that.

Including Lisa in a Cc field on an email confuses her and won’t help solve any problems. It’s best to write her one-on-one so she can follow the conversation.
