When Does Lisa Put a Prospect on the Waiting List?
If Lisa doesn’t have the type of unit available that interests a prospect, i.e. 1br, 2br, 3br, etc. she will try to cross-sell them on another unit or property with your firm. If that doesn’t work, she will give them a link to the application you provided during onboarding. Most properties have a waitlist on their application link that prospects can fill out.
Lisa gives out your application link even when a unit is filled. Include a waiting list on your applications if you want to capture those prospects.
If your property is preleasing, she’ll encourage them to visit to apply for the units under construction.
