A scheduling group makes it easy to schedule holidays and trainings. You can make groups for all your employees or agents at certain properties.

In Outlook

Outlook can use "contact groups" to manage scheduling. If you use Outlook, you should already have access to these. Follow the instructions at this link:

In Google Calendar

Google Calendar uses "mailing lists" to manage scheduling groups. As long as you have Google Groups for Business, you only need to know who you want in the group. Follow the instructions at this link:
