When Does Lisa Write a Showing to a Guest Card?
Since Lisa works off-site, she cannot know if a prospect comes to their appointment. She writes any scheduled appointments to the guest card, but won’t update it after a visit. Only your agents know if a prospect showed up and can mark that on the guest card. You can add any other notes or change the appointment type after they visit!
