How Do I Explain Who Lisa Is to Agents and Prospects?

Lisa works well with plain language.  It’s best to treat her as an off-site agent who works remotely.

Part of how Lisa helps convert leads to applicants is by providing good customer service that seems entirely human, at all hours.  Prospects are often confused if they’re told Lisa is a robot. That makes it harder for her to help you lease your units.

Lisa learns how to deal with new situations as she works.  For this reason, it’s best to ask agents to treat her as a fully-capable off-site agent who helps with scheduling. They can ask her any questions or give her any feedback.  She understands scheduling showings and is happy to help agents with these problems.

She also understands feedback and uses it to improve.
