What Does Lisa Do When She is Forwarded a Phone Call?

Your IVR will forward leads to Lisa when they press 1.  She keeps track of who she’s spoken with before so

  • Leads will be routed to Lisa’s voicemail.  Lisa will text them back.
  • If a lead calls Lisa multiple times in a row, she thinks it must be urgent.  She then connects them directly to the main office.

Leads can always tell Lisa they want a call from one of your agents.  She’ll let your agents know to reach out.
