What are cold leads? How are they added and removed?
Yesterday's cold leads are listed at the end of the Morning Report. If a prospect doesn’t respond, Lisa reactivates the conversation by messaging again. But, she can only do this once. So if Lisa has nothing left to say, the prospect will be added to the cold leads list.
The cold leads section lists yesterday's unscheduled prospects who stopped replying. Lisa removes old cold leads on the next report.
